Terms of Service - The Landing Pad

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stay at The Landing Pad ("the Property"), you ("Guest") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Bookings & Reservations

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
Check-out: 10:00 (10:00 AM)
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and at an additional fee.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

Treating the property and its contents with care and respect.
Ensuring the number of occupants does not exceed the maximum stated at the time of booking.
Complying with all house rules communicated at or before check-in.
Any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused during the stay.
Keeping noise levels reasonable and being considerate of neighbours.

5. Smoking & Pets

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to booking.

6. Liability

The Landing Pad and its owners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or their property during the stay. Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape.
