Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both guests and ourselves as hosts.
Cancellation by Guest

| 14–30 days before check-in | 50% refund |
| 7–13 days before check-in | 25% refund |
| Less than 7 days before check-in | No refund |
All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via our contact form or email.
Cancellation by The Landing Pad
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., property damage, emergency), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We will notify you as soon as possible and assist in finding alternative accommodation where we are able to.
Early Departure
No refund will be issued for early departure once a stay has commenced.
No-Shows
If a guest fails to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
